ZONING

Zoning Officer - Richard Kinsey is responsible for Zoning issues and issuance of Building Permits.  He takes care of pre-construction stake out inspections.  During construction, inspections as required by the Uniform Construction Code, are performed by Cowan Associates a firm hired as subcontractor,  Mike Smith and Dave Perry are our inspectors (215)536-7075 ext.133.

Permits are required for the following:

   New structures such as a house, shed, barn, garage, pool, hot tub, driveway, etc.

     Additions to your home such as a patio roof, deck, garage, bedroom, etc.

     Other things such as demolition, change of use, solicitation and home occupation.

Permits are not required for:  moving or yard sales.
